DMCA, Copyright & Content Takedown Policy
How StreamCasAnalyst respects intellectual property rights, how third-party media is embedded, and how rights holders or broadcasters can submit a takedown or correction notice.
1. Media Architecture & Nominative Fair Use
- No Unauthorized Video Hosting: StreamCasAnalyst does not rip, host, or re-stream full broadcast video files on its servers. Live streams on Multistream and video clips use the official player embeds and CDN streams served directly by Kick and Twitch.
- Thumbnails & Avatars: Channel avatars and banners are loaded directly from the platforms' public CDNs via
no-referrerimage tags to identify the respective broadcaster. Low-resolution telemetry thumbnails captured at 10-minute intervals are used strictly for analytical verification and expire automatically. - Factual Statistics: Numerical audience counts, schedules, and public follower totals are non-copyrightable factual data.
2. Submitting a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized agent) and believe that any content indexed or displayed on StreamCasAnalyst infringes your copyright under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Β§ 512) or equivalent international copyright law, please send a written notice to [email protected] containing:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The exact StreamCasAnalyst URL(s) where the material appears.
- Your name, role/authority, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf, accompanied by your physical or electronic signature.
3. Broadcaster Profile Corrections & Removal Requests
Streamers and talent agencies do not need to file a formal legal notice to fix an outdated link, avatar, or cross-platform channel match. Simply send the profile URL and requested correction to [email protected]. Verified requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours.
