1. Privacy-First Architecture (Zero User Accounts, Zero Ad Trackers)

StreamCasAnalyst is built to operate without collecting personal identity data from visitors. You do not need to register an account, provide an email address, or submit personal information to browse rankings, watch clips, or use our analytical tools. We do not use third-party advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral tracking cookies, or data brokers.

2. Information Processed When You Visit the Site

• Transient Server Security Logs: Like all standard web servers, our HTTP server temporarily processes your IP address, request path, user-agent string, and timestamp in volatile memory to enforce rate limiting (preventing automated DDoS/scraping abuse) and deliver compressed responses. In-memory rate-limit counters reset automatically every 60 seconds and are never sold or shared.
• Client-Side Preferences: Your saved Watchlist channels and light/dark theme preferences are stored exclusively inside your own browser's localStorage (see Cookie & Storage Policy) and are never transmitted to our database as a personal profile.

3. Third-Party Embedded Players (Kick & Twitch)

When you play a live broadcast on Multistream or load an embedded clip player from Kick or Twitch, your browser connects directly to the respective platform's media servers (player.kick.com, kick.com, player.twitch.tv, or clips.twitch.tv). Those platforms may read your IP address and apply their own cookies in accordance with the Kick Privacy Policy and Twitch Privacy Notice. On profile pages, clip players use a click-to-play facade so external media connections are initiated when you choose to watch.

4. Publicly Available Broadcaster Data (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f) Legitimate Interest)

StreamCasAnalyst indexes publicly broadcast channel metrics (channel handle, public follower count, observed concurrent viewers, category tags, and links intentionally published by creators in their public channel descriptions). Processing is limited strictly to public professional broadcast data under legitimate interest in media transparency and audience research. Broadcasters may request metadata corrections, link updates, or profile review at any time via [email protected].

5. Optional PWA Customization & Web Push Notifications (Explicit Opt-In)

If you voluntarily customize our Progressive Web App (PWA) or enable browser Web Push alerts (🔔 Notify when Live / Customize App & Push), our server stores a pseudonymous random device token (sca.did), your selected start screen, your chosen streamer watchlist slugs, and the encrypted browser push endpoint provided by your operating system's push service (Google FCM, Apple APNs, or Mozilla Autopush). We do not store your raw IP address, name, or email in the push database. Commercial or promotional alerts are strictly excluded for United States jurisdictions. You may mute alerts and permanently erase your device record in a single click at any time using the “Mute All & Erase Push Data” button inside the App Builder dialog (GDPR Art. 17 Right to Erasure).

6. Your Rights Under GDPR, UK GDPR & CCPA/CPRA

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to, rectification of, or erasure of personal data, or to object to processing. Because we do not maintain visitor accounts or persistent personal profiles, we cannot correlate historical page views to an individual user.
